Benedetto Torgenson’s attorneys have represented clients in defense of criminal charges in city courts, justice courts, the Superior Court, and the Arizona Court of Appeals. We have obtained favorable resolutions, and outright dismissals of charges, for clients facing charges ranging from serious white collar criminal matters like fraud/embezzlement and money laundering to simple misdemeanor cases like DUI/DWI and drug possession.

Mr. Torgenson has drawn on his experience as a licensed commercial Grand Canyon river guide to develop a specialty limiting and managing the liability of institutions in the health, fitness, and adventure travel industries. Mr. Torgenson has done extensive research on methods of limiting liability, and allows Benedetto Torgenson’s clients the opportunity to avoid litigation before it begins.
